About me
Hello! My name is Madeline Johnson and I am currently a 17 year old senior at South Lyon East High School. My plan right now is to start my college education at a university this fall. I plan to attend Michigan State University to study kinesiology.
Along with my classes at East, I have taken four dual enrollment courses through Schoolcraft College in order to get a head start on college credits. I enjoy these courses because I have the opportunity to work at my own pace and get college credit while I am still in high school.
When I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, painting, listening to music, and playing tennis for my school with friends. Playing a sport for the school is very beneficial. It gives me a chance to spend quality time with my friends, stay active, and have a chance to meet new people.
Some skills that I have used to my advantage over my high school career are my time management, organization, empathy, and communication. I have also had the chance to improve on some of my computer skills which include using programs such as Google docs and sheets, as well as Microsoft.
